Uranium
Mining Claim Acquisition Program
Investor Invitation
You
are invited to join our team of experienced professional geologists in acquiring
Federal and State mining claims for uranium development in one of the best known
uranium mining districts in the Rocky Mountain region. (Prospect
Area).
Our
team of geologists has over 90 years of combined natural resource exploration
experience in the Rocky Mountain region covering Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming,
Montana, Utah, and Nevada. (See Biographies)
Our
pioneer geologist, Mr. Christian F. Murer pioneered the geologic theory that
gave him the insight to find the original mining claims for the largest
underground uranium mine in the United States, the Tony M Mine in Ticaboo, Utah.
Over $100,000,000 has been spent in developing the Tony M Mine and Mr. Murer is
now receiving guaranteed royalty payments and overriding royalties on the
uranium mined from his claims.
The
same proprietary geology theories that were the basis of discovery for the
uranium claims for the Tony M Mine is now being applied to the staking and
claiming of the next round of uranium mining claims in the Prospect Area.
According
to the World Nuclear Association (www.world-nuclear.org),
uranium demand will increase substantially over the next couple of decades as
upwards of 318 proposed new nuclear power plants are added to the already 438
exciting power plants in operation worldwide. There are 103 operational power
plants in the United States providing over 20% of the country’s electricity.
Right now much of the uranium used in the world’s power plants comes from
decommissioned atomic bombs that are being dismantled. About one third of the
uranium used in the U.S. comes from old decommissioned Russian nuclear warheads.
This contract is due to expire in
2013. The key point is that by almost every professional opinion the world is
going to need more uranium than it presently produces and there will be a strong
upward demand on uranium prices for many decades to come.
We have a proven track record of finding uranium.
We are now offering to the general public the opportunity to join us and
participate in the acquisition of the Federal mining claims that we believe will
be the basis for the next great uranium discovery in the Rocky Mountains.
