The Contract and Confidentiality Agreement

This is a unique opportunity because we have the proven track record of discovery. We have discovered the uranium claims that are the basis for the largest underground uranium mine in the United States, the Tony M Mine, near Ticaboo, Utah and now we are expanding our project to other claim blocks that could be as good if not better than the Tony M Mine claims. We do the research and prospecting to find the best locations for uranium mining claims. We stake and file the mining claims on your behalf. The claims will be held by us for your benefit. You will receive a percentage of the overriding royalty (ORR) interest from the mining claims plus a percentage of the profits on any fee, sale or bonuses that may be paid for the assignments of the mining claims.

We manage all aspects of the staking, filing and recording the mining claims for record. We will negotiate with mining companies to drill the claims to discover what level of uranium and other precious minerals may be present on the claims.

As you should know, the key to success is understanding the geology in this area and having the foresight to secure the right mining claims. We have the winning team that has already done the exploration and discovery for the Tony M Mine and we know where more uranium should be located. Our geologists have proven the theory that has led to the past discovery of large uranium deposits in this area and the development of the Tony M Mine.
